I’m sure the Chinese fans are very disappointed about the studio’s decision on not showing the full battle of Willow Deity. They have been sending petitions and even “threats” to the studio not to cut out Willow deity’s entire battle. As @Dase said, this will be the last time we see Willow Deity and she will only reappear much later like >1year from now maybe? But I’m fine with a bit of fast forwarding because I’m more looking forward to
1.) the banter between SH’s future wife and his mum!
2.) the wedding night and SH’s laying out the “family planning” with his bride. Lol!!

Btw, Dase I do think Hong Huang is deffo low key in love with SH! At least that’s the impression that I got during their second meeting in the upper realm.

And yes Hong Huang definitely likes Shi Hao, this was hinted during the first time she fought him, notice every time the studio does a slo-mo close up face to face fight between Shi Hao and any girls there is a love interest established? Even if it is one-sided lol

She escapes to the upper realm with her father, but because they have relatively low cultivation level compared with people in the upper realm, they are no longer imperial members, and lives as commoners. Shi Hao eventually finds her, and it is one of the most poignant and emotional event in the novel. He proposes to her, and "marries" her and brings her to see his grandfather but because he had to go somewhere dangerous he returns her back to the place where she stayed (her father wanders around a lot) and promises her that he will return, and she promises him that she will wait for him.
Later on, she disappears along with an entire province when a great enemy of Shi Hao takes her away, she is missing for the larger part of the last half of the novel
In the end, she returns, and she is the only one out of the three love interests that goes with him to find ways of resurrecting Shi Hao's loved ones and friends
In another novel that forms part of the Perfect World trilogy it is mentioned that all three wives of Shi Hao is with him

He’s in a special primordial realm that opens very rarely. Remember he pulled out some divine medicine and it triggered the opening of this realm. Willow Deity/Lil' Pagoda encouraged him to try his luck there when he opened it by accident.

Those ppl are from the same group that he has met earlier on the “cruise ship” on his way to Bulao Mountain. Some are newcomers, like the good-for-nothing douches. They all come from the upper realm and they know there’re many secret realms that contain treasures in the lower realm.

**I can’t recall the exact details, so it might not be 💯 accurate**
Those upper realm cultivators or their sects could somehow predict where and when those special realms will open. Some realms just need a trigger to open like what SH did twice: the WhaleRoc Cave and this Primordial Realm.

Just remember, the most popular way ppl cultivate in this story/novel is to go to those special realms to get divine medicines, treasures or inheritances. You will see this trend repeating itself over and over again. **some ppl can’t stand it but I don’t mind it because imo, it’s still better than repeated auctions and competitions like in Soul Land/its sequels.

yeah secret realms and opportunities are better than auctions and competitions and going to the academy --' .... but i hope it won't be the case all the time, i mean if they can only get stronger by relying on opportunities that means that people who made those "opportunities" are stronger and people relying on them will never get to their level let alone surpass them (m bad with conveying what i want to say, i hope you did get what i wanted to say?)

Yeah, I know what you're trying to say. But you'll see that Chen Dong (the author of PW) cleverly avoided such pitfalls (mostly) because he made SH walk his own path and not follow the masses. This is what I like about PW! Shi Hao is just different from a lot of other MCs I've read, he has to fight really hard to get what he wants unlike others who have their golden path laid out for them.
